The Tea Garden – Return & Refund Policy

At The Tea Garden, we want you to love your tea experience. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

Due to the nature of loose-leaf tea and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any opened packages.

Unopened and unused items (such as sealed teas, accessories, or merchandise) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopteagarden.com.

We may ask for a photo of the item(s) so we can process your claim quickly.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or we’ll ship you a replacement free of charge.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after your refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened tea packages (for safety reasons).

Gift cards or downloadable products.

Sale or clearance items are final sale unless damaged/defective.
